Planned Review Process

How authorized fundraisers may work.

The final process remains under development, but approved fundraising activities are expected to follow a structured review and authorization process.

Submit a fundraising proposal

The organizer provides contact information, campaign details, dates, methods, projected expenses, and intended promotional materials.

Foundation review

The proposal is reviewed for mission alignment, legal concerns, financial safeguards, brand use, public messaging, and organizational capacity.

Written authorization

Approved organizers receive written terms, approved language, campaign limitations, and instructions for handling donations.

Campaign reporting and closeout

Organizers provide final totals, documentation, expenses, transferred funds, and other required campaign records.

Please do not launch an unauthorized fundraiser.

Until the program officially opens, no person, business, organization, or group is authorized to collect donations, advertise a benefit, create an online campaign, sell merchandise, issue receipts, or represent that a fundraiser is approved by Homefront Honor Foundation. Only the Foundation may issue official charitable-donation acknowledgments.
